| The New PQM User may obtain this
error message upon opening PQM in Windows XP the first time after download. |

| It is caused by a recent Microsoft
XP undate that is designed to eradicate certain security issues in Windows
XP. Which unfortunately cause downloaded files to appear to be 'blocked'. |

| The procedure below should rectify
the problem. |

| Using Windows Explorer, navigate
to the PQM...MDB |
|
| Right click on the database, |
|
Click on Properties, and at the
very bottom there is a new
button, "Unblock." |
|
| Click the 'Unblock' button |
|
| Click the Apply button. |
