| END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT |

By using this SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this end-user license agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, Davy-Bowker Software Design are unwilling to license the SOFTWARE to you. In such event, you may not use or copy the SOFTWARE. |

| 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: |

| Software Installation and Use. You may only install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on one COMPUTER. |
| |
| Storage/Network Use. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared or used concurrently on or from different computers, a network, workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device. |
| |
Back-up Copy. You may make a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may use the back-up copy solely for archival purposes. Except as expressly provided in this EULA, you may not otherwise make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE. |

| 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. |

| Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. |

| Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. |
| |
| Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE. |
| |
| Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights Davy-Bowker Software Design may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must return or destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its component parts. |

Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any logos, trademarks or service marks of the SOFTWARE or Davy-Bowker Software Design. |

| 3. COPYRIGHT. |
| |
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any tables, queries, forms, reports and visual basic scripts incorporated into the SOFTWARE), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE may not be copied. All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by Davy-Bowker Software Design. |

| 4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER |

YOU SHOULD PERFORM REGULAR DATA EXPORTS AND FILE BACKUPS, SAVING THESE TO EXTERNAL STORAGE MEDIA. It is your responsibility to back up your data, files and software regularly in accordance with good business practice. Davy-Bowker Software Design cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, loss of data, loss of computer hardware or software, loss of profits, loss of business information, loss of revenue, loss or interruption of business or disclosure of confidential information that might occur while using or being unable to use this program, any of its component files or the data within it, however this might arise. |
