dbLetter Writer stores details of all your customers as a set of records.		Press "Edit" button to write or amend these letters using Microsoft® Word.
Simply add, edit or delete records.
It's easy to move between records using the navigation bar at the foot of the main window.

	To send your chosen letter to the customer you have selected from your records, just press "Write".
	dbLetter Writer will merge the two together and the resulting letter can be printed, and saved as a free standing Microsoft® Word file.
