How do I access the Maintenance Screens?
The Maintenance Screens are password protected for your own protection. We send you the password by email when you purchase the program, using the email address that you gave when purchasing. If you do not receive the password, or need to reinstall the program at a later date, please contact us with proof of purchase and we will be happy to resupply it.
Microsoft Access Cannot open this file – error message
The New PQM User may obtain the following error message upon opening PQM in Windows XP the first time after download.
Microsoft Access cannot open this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems. To open the file, copy it to your computer or an accessible network location.
It is caused by a recent Microsoft XP undate that is designed to eradicate certain security issues in Windows XP. Which unfortunately cause downloaded files to appear to be 'blocked'.
The procedure below should rectify the problem.
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the PQM...MDB
Right click on the database
Click on Properties, and at the very bottom there is a new button, "Unblock
Click the Unblock button 
Click the Apply button.
